At Maison Marcellon, every order is handled with exceptional care to ensure it arrives safely and on time.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During new launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days

Overnight Shipping: Available upon request
All U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and selected service.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
4. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking details may take 24 – 48 hours to update.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Maison Marcellon is not liable for lost or stolen shipments once tracking confirms delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, email support@maisonmarcellon.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll assist promptly with a claim or replacement if eligible.
6. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some Maison Marcellon pieces are handcrafted or made to order.
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for production prior to shipment.
